Evans + Associates is owned and managed by Andrew Evans, a highly qualified, pro-active and dynamic chartered quantity surveyor with over 40 years dispute resolution and claims experience in both the UK and Middle East.

Evans + Associates have extensive experience on rail, infrastructure, utilities, building, civil engineering and oil and gas projects.
 
We endeavour to provide the highest quality service to our Clients at all times, by ensuring the specific objectives of our service are clearly understood and that they can be delivered with integrity and professionalism. We will not embark on a commission unless we believe a successful outcome can be achieved. To this end, we will review and propose commercial strategies best suited to meet the Clients budgetary requirements on balance with the likely recovery of the losses suffered.

 

Evans + Associates only employ reliable industry professionals with at least twenty years of senior management level experience in claims and commercial management. They are the people that you will agree any requirement with and they will deliver that commission. They will not delegate the delivery of a secured commission to a less experienced person.

Andrew is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 40 years experience in providing commercial and contractual advice to a wide range of Client and Contracting organisations in the construction , engineering and oil and gas Sectors.
He specializes in dispute resolution and has expertise in contract advice, the preparation of claim and defence documents, quantum evaluation, variation issues, commercial management, risk management and the amicable resolution of disputes. Testified as an Expert Witness (Quantum).

Planning Director

Kiran is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in Planning, Project’s control and Delay Analysis, on major Building (Residential and Industrial), Roads & Infrastructure Projects. He has a notable command on Primavera and has developed our Claim Management Studio (CMS), which provides exceptionally quick delay analysis. His expertise includes project planning, delay analysis and window analysis. He has excellent time management skills, leading to high efficiency and productivity in regards to his work. In addition, he has the ability to liaise effectively at all levels, ensuring that all of his work is completed to appropriate standards.
